JOHNSTON GROUP BRINGS LOVE TO THE OPERA

Nov 13, 2024

Manitoba Opera captivated audiences with The Elixir of Love, a magical production brought to life with the generous support of Johnston Group. As a leading provider of employee benefits and group insurance solutions, Johnston Group has long been a pillar of support in our community.

Johnston Group’s sponsorship of The Elixir of Love reflects their dedication to enhancing the well-being of both individuals and businesses. Johnston Group understands that the arts play a crucial role in bringing people together, much like the universal theme of love that is central to this opera.

To celebrate this theme, patrons were invited to share three words about their first love that were posted on a giant heart on the Piano Nobile. The result was a heartwarming exploration of the essence of first loves that ranged from the exhilarating and hopeful to the tender and nostalgic.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Johnston Group for their unwavering support of opera in our community. Your generosity allows us to continue sharing the magic of love through opera, enriching lives and creating unforgettable memories that celebrate the beauty of human connection.
