What is a Subscription?
A subscription is the purchase, at the same time, of tickets to both season productions. As a subscriber you receive the best choice of seats at a great price along with a host of other benefits.

Returns & Exchanges
EXCHANGING TICKETS
Tickets can be exchanged free of charge for another performance of the same opera. Please note however, that you are responsible for any additional costs incurred if you upgrade your seat(s). If you exchange your tickets for seats in a lower price range, there is no refund for the difference in cost.

Exchanges must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled performance. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
TAX RECEIPTS FOR UNUSED TICKETS
You can receive a tax receipt for unused tickets donated back to Manitoba Opera. The tickets must be returned to the Manitoba Opera office at least 48 hours before the performance so that your tickets can be resold. Your tax receipt will be mailed to you.
TICKET REFUNDS
You can receive a full refund for your tickets at any time up to curtain. Please note: Refunds will not be given because of inclement weather.
